Samantha Hamilton is a two-time alumna from American International College; Hamilton earned her BA in Business Management (concentration in Accounting) and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Samantha has 18 years of community engagement experience and worked two years as a director of operation.
Samantha is trained in a social justice facilitative leadership model for the Interaction Institute for Social Change for meeting development, program planning, and project design. She has facilitated statewide, regional, and local presentations on community mobilization, authenticity in business, and racial equity.
Hamilton is a co-founder of A Queen’s Narrative. A personal enrichment program for women and girls of color, A Queen’s Narrative uses narrative power and storytelling as methods of harnessing self-empowerment and self-awareness.
She is an awardee of the Eyes of Courage Community Partner Award (CHD) and 2021 Business West 40 under 40 top professionals achievement award in Western MA.
